Shipping policy

All digital purchases are immediately delivered to the email provided by customers at checkout. 

All physical purchases will include tracking numbers once shipped.

The Compact Vibrational Speaker and Deluxe Vibrational Speaker are shipped within 24 hours via USPS Mail. Delivery date is estimated to be 5 to 8 business days from the shipping date. 

The Vibrational Platform and the Sonic Emmersion Table are made to order and shipped by UPS Ground. Customers will be kept informed throughout the entire process.

• Vibrational Platform can take up to 12 weeks to deliver from the date of purchase.
• Sonic Emmersion Table can take up to 6 weeks to deliver from the date of purchase.
• Entry Level Sonic Table can take up to 6 weeks to deliver from the date of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the Vibrational platform and/or the Sonic Emmersion Table. Rates are automatically calculated based on UPS Ground rates.
