It delivers an unparalleled Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi and Pilates experience that relax the nervous system, softens soft tissues & restores both body & mind. Each board has a control panel on the side so that you can choose how much vibration and volume you prefer and when.

These boards can be linked together for classes and the music controlled by teacher. It also comes with our Vibrational Bluetooth speaker that is loaded with one of our Frequency Infused Music ® Collections.
